The Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering at Ajman University is designed to prepare future engineers who can optimize complex systems, improve operational efficiency, and lead innovation across modern industries. The program combines engineering, analytics, technology, and management to develop graduates capable of designing and improving integrated systems involving people, processes, data, and technology. Students gain expertise in process optimization, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, data analytics, simulation and modeling, quality and reliability engineering, supply chain systems, and project and operations management. With strong emphasis on sustainability, digital transformation, and industry engagement, the program prepares graduates to address real-world challenges in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, aviation, energy, and public-sector systems. Program Education Objectives (Goals) Graduates of the Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering program will: Apply Industrial and Systems Engineering principles, analytical methods, and systems thinking to design, improve, and optimize integrated systems while considering technical, economic, environmental, and societal constraints.
