The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting is designed to provide students with knowledge of the fundamental principles and theories of accounting. It aims to teach students how to use their theoretical knowledge and apply it successfully for business organizations. Accounting is the universal language of business and accounting studies focus on reporting a company's financial position and performance to entities outside the company, such as shareholders, creditors, government agencies, and Suppliers. The primary role of accounting managers is to manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, monitor, and analyze accounting data, and produce financial statements and financial reports. As a graduate of the BBA in Accounting, you will be responsible for the accounting strategy of the business by establishing and applying the appropriate accounting methods, policies, and principles. The program combines academic rigor and the development of analytical and practical skills based on real-world context to prepare students for professional accounting qualifications, such as: CIMA, CPA/AICPA, CIA, CMA.
