Bachelor of Law – LLB

College of Law

Bachelor

Overview

The Dual Bachelor of Laws (LLB) programme in Dubai enables students to earn two separate law degrees upon graduation: a UAE Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Dubai and a UK Bachelor of Laws (LLB) awarded by the University of London. This four-year, full-time Dual LLB programme is delivered entirely in English at the University of Dubai campus, with no requirement to travel to or study in the United Kingdom. Students gain comprehensive knowledge of both the UAE Civil Law system and the UK Common Law system, providing them with a strong foundation for careers in the UAE, the wider region and international legal environments. The 129-credit programme includes lectures, tutorials, assessments, legal research, academic materials and moot court exercises, all conducted in English. Structured in alignment with UAE Ministry of Education requirements and University of London academic standards, the programme offers a distinctive legal education for students seeking both a UAE law degree and a UK law degree while studying entirely in Dubai.
